I’m an existing Huxtaburger member, what does this mean to my current points?
No fear, our mates at Concept Ate Rewards have migrated your previously accrued Huxta points and member details to create a shiny new Concept Ate Rewards member profile.
You should have received a personalised email to the currently linked to your Huxtaburger App detailing your migrated Concept Ate Rewards points/vouchers balance. This email also included a prompt to download the app, reset your password and in doing so you will then activate your Concept Ate Rewards.

We know change can be tough, so as a thank you from us to you, we’ve also added a $5 Jane Huxtaburger Voucher onto your account, check out the ‘offers’ section of the Concept Ate Rewards app. Redeemable exclusively at your local Huxtaburger.

By teaming up with Concept Ate Rewards this means that the Huxtaburger App will be closed down.
Please Note: our Western Australia (WA) Huxtaburger restaurants and loyalty members will be migrated onto Concept Ate Rewards in the coming weeks. Until this transition happens the Huxtaburger app will remain exclusively active for WA. Personalised communications will be sent to all existing WA Huxtaburger App members regarding their accounts and newly creative Concept Ate Rewards accounts shortly.
